As a registered nutritional therapist and health coach, I help busy people make better food and lifestyle choices to improve their health and build resilience to stress.
Through one-to-one nutritional consultations, I can provide you with personalised, achievable food plans, recipes, and lifestyle recommendations that address your most pressing health issues, and help you navigate life’s ups and downs with more resilience.
As a registered nutritional therapist and health coach, I can show you how eating well can support your digestion, improve your sleep, mood, and energy levels, and empower you to enjoy life with more energy and vitality. Where beneficial, I also recommend appropriate supplements and functional lab tests.
My approach to working with people is collaborative and empathetic. I’ll consider your unique circumstances, and recommend realistic interventions.
Having used food and lifestyle changes to recover from burnout myself, I’ve now made it my mission to help you achieve a “good balance” in your life.

My Essentials package will take you on a journey to improve your well-being. We will work collaboratively, via monthly consultations, to develop a nutritional and lifestyle programme that is personalised and realistic. By using established nutritional therapy and coaching techniques, I will guide you towards achieving your desired health goals.
Restore
If you want to follow a nutritional therapy programme with more in-depth support, my Restore package is for you. It offers all the benefits of Essentials, while providing an even deeper examination of your health objectives and how I can empower you to reach them. We’ll meet for consultations every two weeks, allowing on-going analysis of how my recommendations are working for you.
Ultimate
This nutritional therapy package enables you to have weekly consultations with me, offering you the highest level of support for your goals. By meeting so frequently, we can efficiently monitor your progress, and adapt your nutritional and lifestyle plan based on your evolving needs. If you have pressing health concerns and want to achieve steady improvements, my ultimate package is the ideal choice.
What is nutritional therapy?

As practitioners, we take a holistic approach to understanding what may be contributing to clients’ symptoms, such as identifying lifestyle factors and potential nutritional imbalances.
As a qualified Nutritional Therapist my programmes are personalised to consider my clients’ backgrounds, needs and preferences.
Nutritional Therapy advice is aimed at optimising health – we do not diagnose or treat disease, nor do we advocate nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice.
