I’m Haritha Pattabhi, a registered nutritional therapist and health coach. I help busy, professionals make better food and lifestyle choices to improve their health and build resilience to stress.
Through one-to-one nutritional consultations, I can provide you with personalised, achievable food plans, recipes, and lifestyle recommendations that address your most pressing health issues, and help you navigate life’s ups and downs with more resilience.
As a registered nutritional therapist and health coach, I can show you how eating well can support your digestion, improve your sleep, mood, and energy levels, and empower you to enjoy life with more energy and vitality. Where beneficial, I also recommend appropriate supplements and functional lab tests.
My approach to working with people is collaborative and empathetic. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and recommend realistic interventions.
Having used food and lifestyle changes to recover from burnout myself, I’ve now made it my mission to help you achieve a “good balance” in your life.

What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapists make evidence-based diet and lifestyle recommendations to help clients improve their health and wellbeing.
As practitioners, we take a holistic approach to understanding what may be contributing to clients’ symptoms, such as identifying lifestyle factors and potential nutritional imbalances.
Our programmes are personalised to consider clients’ backgrounds and preferences.
We do not diagnose or treat disease, and nor do we advocate nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice. Our advice is aimed at optimising health.
